Mr. Arun was a Engineering fresher from Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology, Coimbatore, specializing in Civil Engineering. He joined our Digital Marketing training in Chennai course in February 2017. By January 2017, Arun visited us to enquire about Selenium software testing training. After having interaction with him we came to know that he does not have knowledge in JAVA (Selnium needs JAVA knowledge). Considering his Civil background and current job scenario, we suggested him Digital Marketing & SEO course. Initially he was reluctant. Later he attended a one workshop about Digital Marketing and SEO at our institute and interacted with industry experts. Then he understood the scope of Digital Marketing and joined SEO training in Chennai course.
As part of his training, Arun learnt various concepts in Online marketing like Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay per Click, Adwords, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Re-Targeting, Setting up Sales funnel, Adsense, Affiliate Marketing, Blogging, Online Reputation Management, HTML etc. The training took around 50+ hours.

Right from day one of Training, we made sure, Arun implemented everything he learnt in the class in live scenario. In addition to that, we made sure that Arun wrote all the concepts he learnt and implemented during the training as blog articles in his website. [We created a website for him in first day of training for this purpose]. We made him to write the knowledge he gathered from training for two reasons.
First reason being, it will give him a great practice for content writing, which is an important aspect of SEO.
Second reason being, the website itself will demonstrate his ability and knowledge to potential employers during job placement interviews.

Once the training was over, Arun underwent Internship for about 2 weeks. We are a leading SEO company in Chennai and Arun worked with our clients VISAP Pvt Ltd and Mitraa group of Hostels, Singapore, helping them with their social media campaigns, Re-Targeting campaigns and automation campaigns. During this internship period he learnt valuable lessons regarding sales funnel set up and ROI optimization.
Once internship is over, Arun along with the trainer prepared couple of nice CVs and performed A/B testing. [A/B testing is the process of testing two versions of CV to check which one performing better in terms of call from employers, short is listing for interviews etc.] We made sure Arun included all the skills he learnt in the training in his CV along with QRC of his blog website.

Before starting to attend interviews or uploading CV to job portals, we conducted 3 mock interview for Arun. We used these mock interviews to help him come up with impressive answers for frequently asked interview questions. Also we helped him to identify his weakness and overcome it.
Once we are satisfied that Mr. Arun is ready for interview, we asked him to upload his CV in job portals like Naukri, monster, indeed etc.. Arun received interview calls from the next day. He got placed in a leading Digital Marketing agency Digital Propel within one week.
